                     • 2500 annual usage of Zimmer disposable units (Combination of Saw blades, Pulsed Lavage, Cuffs,

                     • Fee per use would be approximately $55.80 per disposable unit
 

                                          • (2500 x 80%) / 12 = 166 units per month
 

                                          • $9263 / 166 = $55.80 “Fee Per Use”
